How long can you stay there:
Switzerland visa is only valid upto three months no matter what country you belong to. Switzerland has joined the states which have a pact of visa-free entry and therefore the citizens of those countries and some of the other countries do not require it but whenever some foreigner is visiting Switzerland, the maximum time they can spend there is 3 months and after that the visa time expires.If anyone wants to renew the visa they must talk to the cardinals office as they deal with the extension of the visa.

Passport validity:

Before applying for the Switzerland visa, one must check the validity of their passport as the process of visa application may sometimes prolong and if the passport is not valid, there may be complications which you might want to avoid. Sometimes the issues of the passport and documents may lead to the cancellation of the visa application.

Process:

The process is very simple however the time span of approval is spread over 15 days to 2 months. Submit the application form along with the required documents which include passport and ID. The form must be filled in the languages they embassy has directed.
