Duties of Bakery Assistant

• Handling client grievances and forwarding them to the Baker.
• Establishing a warm and enjoyable environment for customers at the bakery counter.
• Choosing baked items for customers and receiving orders.
• Calculating the weight, cost, and packaging of acquired goods and handling payment processing.
• Keeping track of the stock of baking ingredients and making stock buy requests.
• Keeping track of ingredient expiration dates and scheduling their use appropriately.
